Terms of service
Last updated
These terms say, in plain language, what you get when you buy a Minevana plan, what the operator does by hand, and what is not promised. They apply when you create an account or buy a plan.
In short: a plan is 24 months of Bitcoin mining hashrate. The operator activates it by hand after checking your payment, and sends mining payouts when you ask for them. Mining income is variable and you can get back less than you paid. Before activation you can ask for a refund; after activation there is none.
1. What a plan is
A plan is a purchase of Bitcoin mining hashrate, measured in terahashes per second (TH/s). It is a service. It is not a deposit, a savings product or an investment, and it does not earn a fixed or guaranteed amount.
- Starter: 1 TH/s for $65
- Builder: 10 TH/s for $600
- Rack: 50 TH/s for $2,800
The price of each plan is shown at checkout before you pay. Minevana says it runs its own Bitcoin mining machines. No independent proof of that is published yet: there is no pool watcher link, no facility footage, no third-party attestation and no total hashrate figure on this site.
2. The 24-month term
A plan runs for 24 months from the day it is activated. The term does not start when you pay; it starts when the operator activates the plan. When the 24 months are over, the plan ends.
3. Paying and activation
- You pay the plan price in cryptocurrency, to the address and on the network shown at checkout for the coin you choose.
- There is no automatic payment detection. The operator checks your payment on the blockchain by hand and then activates the plan.
- No turnaround time for activation is published.
- Crypto payments cannot be reversed by a bank or card network. Check the address, the network and the amount before you send.
- A payment on the wrong network, or for more or less than the amount shown, is handled case by case through the support page. See the refund policy.
4. Mining payouts
- Payouts are sent on request. You ask through the support page, and the operator sends your share of the mined Bitcoin to the payout wallet saved on your account.
- There is no fixed payout schedule.
- Every payout the operator records carries an on-chain transaction hash, shown in your dashboard, so you can look it up on a block explorer.
- The earnings figure in your dashboard is only the sum of recorded payouts that have not been voided. Nothing accrues or grows on its own.
- How your share is calculated, and whether any fee is deducted from it, have not been published.
- Minevana will never ask you to pay a deposit or a fee to receive a payout.
5. No guaranteed income
Mining income is variable. It depends on Bitcoin’s price, network difficulty, the block reward and how the machines run, and none of those is fixed. You can get back less than you paid for a plan. No figure on this site, including anything the calculators show, is a promise or a forecast, and nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice. The risk disclosure sets the risks out in full.
6. Refunds
Before a plan is activated, a customer who has paid can ask through the support page for a full refund, sent back to the address the payment came from, minus the network fee. After activation there is no refund. The refund policy has the details.
7. Referral programme
- There are two tiers: 5% of the plan price for a customer you referred directly (tier 1), and 3% of the plan price for a customer they referred (tier 2).
- A commission is earned when the referred customer’s plan is activated. It is calculated on the plan price, not on anyone’s mining income.
- A commission clears 14 days after it is earned.
- You request a withdrawal of cleared commissions from your dashboard. You can have one request open at a time. The operator reviews each request, can reject it, and pays an approved request by hand. No turnaround time is published.
- If an activation is undone because it was made in error, the commissions that came from it are reversed.
8. What can end a plan
- The term ends. A plan ends 24 months after the day it was activated.
- The order is never activated. An order whose payment does not arrive, or that you ask to have refunded before activation, can be cancelled, and no plan starts.
- An activation made in error is undone. If the operator activated an order by mistake, for example against a payment that belongs to another order, the operator can undo that activation.
You cannot cancel an active plan for a refund. Minevana has not published any other grounds on which an active plan can be ended early.
9. Your account
- Use an email address you control, and keep your password to yourself.
- Save the payout wallet you want payouts sent to, and check it. A payout sent to an address you entered incorrectly cannot be recalled.
- Send payments only to the address and on the network shown at checkout for your order.
- You are responsible for any tax that applies to you where you live.
- If you lose access to your account, ask through the support page.
- Minevana will never contact you to ask for your wallet seed phrase, your private keys or your password.
What the site stores about you is listed on the privacy page.
10. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date at the top.
11. How to contact Minevana
The support page is the only contact channel. There is no mailbox. Use it to ask a question before you buy, to ask for a payout or a refund, or to raise a problem with an order.
Who operates Minevana
Minevana has not published who operates it: no company name, registration details, country or address appears on this site. Because of that, this page names no governing law, court or jurisdiction. The only way to reach Minevana is the support page. If you are not comfortable buying from an operator who has not published those details, do not buy.
