Short answers to the questions people ask before and after buying a Minevana plan: what you buy, how to pay, what happens after you pay, how payouts and referral withdrawals work, and how to keep your account safe. Every answer is on this page; open a question to read it. If yours is not here, ask through the support page.

Before you buy

What is Minevana?

Minevana is a cloud Bitcoin mining service at minevana.tech. You buy a plan, which is a set amount of Bitcoin mining hashrate for 24 months from the day it is activated, and pay for it in crypto. Mining payouts are sent when you ask for them, to your own Bitcoin wallet, and each one is recorded with an on-chain transaction hash.

The full explanation, including what is and is not published, is on what is Minevana?

What plans are there, and what do they cost?

There are three plans: Starter, 1 TH/s for $65; Builder, 10 TH/s for $600; and Rack, 50 TH/s for $2,800. Each one runs for 24 months from the day it is activated, not from the day you pay. TH/s means terahashes per second.

Prices are in US dollars and are paid in crypto. The price is shown at checkout before you pay.

How much will a plan pay?

Minevana does not state a figure, and nobody can know it in advance. What any amount of hashrate mines depends on the Bitcoin price, network difficulty, the block reward and how much of the time the machines run. How your share of the mined Bitcoin is calculated and whether any fee is deducted have not been published either.

Mining income is variable, and over the term of a plan you can get back less than you paid. Read the risk disclosure before you buy.

Who operates Minevana?

Minevana has not published who operates it: no company name, registration details, country or address appears on this site. The only way to reach Minevana is the support page. If you are not comfortable buying from an operator who has not published those details, do not buy.

Does Minevana run its own mining machines?

Minevana says it runs its own Bitcoin mining machines. No independent proof of that is published: there is no pool watcher link, no facility footage, no third-party attestation and no total hashrate figure.

What you can check yourself is each payout, on a public block explorer. That shows the Bitcoin reached your wallet, not where it came from. See verify a payout.

What do I need before I buy?

A way to send one of the accepted coins on the network you pick at checkout, such as a crypto wallet. If you pay from an exchange account, keep in mind that a refund before activation is sent back to the address the payment came from.

A Bitcoin address in a wallet whose keys you hold, for mining payouts. You can save it when you sign up or later in your account settings. The glossary explains non-custodial wallets and why the keys matter.

How do I create an account?

Go to sign up and enter an email address and a password. You can also save your Bitcoin payout wallet and a contact, such as a Telegram handle, a WhatsApp number or another email. Save the contact: if you ever ask for a password reset, the temporary password is sent there.

Nothing is paid when you sign up. You pay only when you pick a plan at checkout and send the payment from your own wallet.

Paying

Which coins and networks can I pay with?

BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, USDT and USDC. The stablecoins USDT and USDC can each be sent on more than one network, for example Tron (TRC-20) or Solana (SPL). The checkout lists the exact coin and network pairs, and that list is the one that counts.

How do I pay for a plan?

At checkout, pick a plan, a coin and the network you will send on. You are then shown the exact amount and the address to pay to. Send exactly that amount, in that coin, on that network, from your own wallet.

Then paste the transaction hash of your payment on the payment page and save it. It tells the operator which transaction is yours.

Can I pay by card or bank transfer?

No. Plans are paid for in crypto only. A crypto payment cannot be reversed by a bank or card network, so check the coin, the network, the amount and the address before you send.

Who pays the network fee on my payment?

You do. The network fee is charged by your wallet or exchange when you send, on top of the amount shown at checkout. Some exchanges take their fee out of the amount sent, so check that the amount arriving is the amount shown.

What if I sent the wrong amount or used the wrong network?

Send a request through the support page with your order ID and the transaction hash, and for a wrong network, the network you used. These cases are handled one by one, by hand, and no fixed rule is published for them.

A payment sent on a network other than the one shown at checkout may be impossible to recover, and an underpaid order may not be activated. The refund policy has the details.

Does the site spot my payment by itself?

No. Nothing detects a payment by itself. The operator looks the payment up on the blockchain by hand and then activates the plan. Saving your transaction hash on the payment page helps the operator find it.

After you pay

How long does activation take?

No turnaround time is published. Activation is done by hand, after the operator has checked your payment on-chain. The payment page shows whether your order is activated yet, and once it is, the plan shows in your dashboard with its start and end date.

When does the 24-month term start?

On the day the plan is activated, not the day you paid. The plan ends 24 months later.

Can I get a refund?

Before your plan is activated, yes. Ask through the support page for a full refund. It is sent back to the address you paid from, minus the network fee.

After a plan is activated there is no refund, and mining income being lower than you hoped is not a reason for one. The refund policy has the full rule.

Can I buy more than one plan?

Yes. Each plan is bought, paid for and activated on its own, and each one runs for 24 months from its own activation date.

Payouts

How do I get a mining payout?

Ask for one through the support page, signed in so the request is linked to your account. The operator then sends your share of the mined Bitcoin, by hand, to the payout wallet saved on your account. The steps are on how payouts work.

Is there a payout schedule?

No. There is no fixed payout schedule. A payout is sent when you ask for one, and no turnaround time is published for a request.

How is my share calculated, and is a fee deducted?

Neither has been published. So you cannot work out in advance what a payout request will pay, or check the amount you receive against a formula. What you can check is that the amount recorded in your dashboard is the amount that reached your wallet.

Which wallet should payouts go to?

A Bitcoin address in a wallet whose keys you hold. Payouts are of mined Bitcoin, so it has to be a Bitcoin address. Read it character by character before you save it: a payout sent to an address entered wrongly cannot be recalled. You can save or change it in your account settings.

How do I check that a payout reached me?

Every payout the operator records appears in your dashboard with its on-chain transaction hash. Open that hash on a public block explorer and check that one of the outputs is your address, that the amount matches and that the transaction is confirmed. Verify a payout walks you through it.

What does the total in my dashboard mean?

It is the sum of the payouts recorded for you, and nothing else. It is not a balance waiting to be withdrawn, and it does not grow on its own. If no payout has been recorded for you yet, it is zero.

Do I have to pay anything to receive a payout?

No. You never have to send money to receive a payout, and Minevana will never ask you for a deposit or a fee to release one. Anyone who asks you to pay first, in Minevana’s name or not, is running a scam.

Referrals and withdrawals

How does the referral programme work?

You earn 5% of the plan price when someone you referred directly has a plan activated (tier 1), and 3% of the plan price when someone they referred has a plan activated (tier 2). There are two tiers. Your referral link is in your dashboard, and the rules are in the terms.

When can I withdraw a commission?

A commission is earned when the referred customer’s plan is activated, and it clears 14 days later. Once it has cleared, you request a withdrawal from your dashboard, and the operator pays it by hand. No turnaround time is published.

Is a commission paid out of mining income?

No. A commission is a share of the price of a plan that was sold. It is not calculated on anyone’s mining income, and it is not a payment on money you paid in.

How do I check a referral withdrawal?

A paid withdrawal shows a transaction hash in your dashboard. Look it up on the block explorer for the network it was sent on. Verify a payout shows how for stablecoins on each network.

Account and security

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Use the password reset form. Passwords are reset by hand, and there is no reset email. The team checks that the request comes from the owner of the account, by comparing the contact you give with the one saved on the account, and sends a temporary password to that contact. When you sign in with it, you are asked to choose a new password straight away. No turnaround time is published.

How do I change my payout wallet, contact or password?

In your account settings. Each change is confirmed with your current password, so a session left open on a shared device cannot redirect your payouts. If you cannot make a change yourself, ask through the support page.

Will Minevana ever ask for my seed phrase or private keys?

No. Minevana will never ask you for your seed phrase, your private keys or your password. Sending you a payout only takes your address. Never type them into a support request, a chat or a website that asks for them.

How do I avoid people pretending to be Minevana?

Minevana’s site is minevana.tech, and its only contact channel is the support page on that site. It has no mailbox. Treat any message that promises a guaranteed amount, asks you to pay a fee or a deposit to release a payout, or asks for your seed phrase or keys as a scam, whatever name it uses.

How do I contact Minevana?

Through the support page, which is a request form. It is the only contact channel; there is no mailbox. Send your request while signed in if you can, so it is linked to your account.

What does Minevana store about me?

The privacy page lists what the site stores, the sign-in cookie it uses and the third-party services involved. The terms cover the rest of the rules for using the service.

Where can I read more?

What is Minevana? covers the service end to end. How payouts work and verify a payout cover payouts in detail. The glossary defines the mining and crypto terms used across the site. The written rules are in the terms, the refund policy, the privacy page and the risk disclosure.

Still have a question?

Ask through the support page. It is the only contact channel; Minevana has no mailbox. Minevana will never ask you for a deposit, a fee, your seed phrase, your private keys or your password, and you never have to pay anything to receive a payout.
