What is Minevana?
Published by Minevana · Last updated
Minevana is a cloud Bitcoin mining service at minevana.tech. You buy a plan, which is a set amount of mining hashrate for 24 months, and pay for it in crypto. The operator checks your payment on-chain by hand and activates the plan. Mining payouts are sent when you ask for them, to your own Bitcoin wallet, and each one is recorded with a transaction hash. Mining income is variable and nothing is guaranteed.
What do you actually buy?
You buy a plan. A plan is a set amount of Bitcoin mining hashrate, measured in terahashes per second (TH/s), for 24 months from the day it is activated. It is a service you pay for up front. It is not a deposit, a savings product or an investment, and it does not earn a fixed amount.
| Plan | Hashrate | Price | Term |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1 TH/s | $65 | 24 months from activation |
| Builder | 10 TH/s | $600 | 24 months from activation |
| Rack | 50 TH/s | $2,800 | 24 months from activation |
The price is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are in US dollars and are paid in crypto.
Not sure what hashrate is? The glossary explains it, along with the other terms on this page.
How does Minevana work, step by step?
How a Minevana plan works, from sign-up to payout:
- 1
Create an account
Sign up with an email address and a password. You can save the Bitcoin wallet you want payouts sent to at the same time.
- 2
Choose a plan and pay in crypto
At checkout you pick Starter, Builder or Rack, choose a coin and a network, and send the amount shown to the address shown. The price is on the screen before you pay.
- 3
The operator checks the payment and activates the plan
There is no automatic payment detection. The operator looks your payment up on the blockchain by hand and then activates the plan. No turnaround time is published. Until the plan is activated you can ask for a full refund, minus the network fee.
- 4
The plan runs for 24 months
The term starts on the day the plan is activated, not the day you paid, and the plan ends 24 months later.
- 5
You ask for a payout
Payouts are sent on request. You ask through the support page, and the operator sends your share of the mined Bitcoin to the payout wallet saved on your account. There is no fixed payout schedule. See how payouts work.
- 6
You check the payout yourself
Every payout the operator records appears in your dashboard with its on-chain transaction hash. You can look that hash up on a public block explorer: see verify a payout.
Does Minevana run real mining machines?
Minevana says it runs its own Bitcoin mining machines. No independent proof of that is published yet: there is no pool watcher link, no facility footage, no third-party attestation and no total hashrate figure. Until one of those is published, you cannot check the machines for yourself.
What you can check independently is each payout. A payout is a transaction on the Bitcoin blockchain, and anyone can look it up. That shows that Bitcoin reached your wallet. It does not show where the Bitcoin came from.
What is published, and what is not?
Published
- The three plans, their hashrate and their prices
- The plan term: 24 months from the day of activation
- How payment works: crypto sent to the address shown at checkout, checked on-chain by hand, then activated
- How payouts work: sent on request to your saved payout wallet, each recorded with a transaction hash
- The refund rule: a full refund on request before activation, minus the network fee; none after
- The referral rules: 5% and 3% of the plan price, clearing after 14 days, withdrawn on request
- Written terms, a refund policy, a privacy page and a risk disclosure
Not published
- Who operates Minevana: no company, person, country or address
- Independent proof of the mining machines: a pool watcher link, facility footage, a third-party attestation or a total hashrate figure
- How a customer’s share of the mined Bitcoin is calculated
- Whether any fee is deducted from a payout
- A payout schedule: there is none, because payouts are sent on request
- A turnaround time for activation, payouts, refunds or referral withdrawals
The full wording is in the terms, the refund policy, the privacy page and the risk disclosure.
How much does a Minevana plan pay?
Minevana does not state a figure, and nobody can know in advance. What any amount of hashrate mines depends on Bitcoin’s price, network difficulty, the block reward and how the machines run, and none of those is fixed. On top of that, how Minevana calculates your share and whether any fee is deducted have not been published, so a plan cannot be fully modelled.
Can you get a refund?
Before a plan is activated, yes. If you have paid, you can ask through the support page for a full refund. It is sent back to the address you paid from, minus the network fee. After a plan is activated there is no refund. The refund policy has the full rule.
How does the referral programme work?
You earn 5% of the plan price when someone you referred directly has a plan activated (tier 1), and 3% of the plan price when someone they referred does (tier 2). A commission clears 14 days after it is earned. You then request a withdrawal, and the operator pays it by hand. A commission is a share of the price of a plan that was sold. It is not a return on anything you paid, and it is not calculated on anyone’s mining income.
Who operates Minevana?
Minevana has not published who operates it: no company name, registration details, country or address appears on this site. The only way to reach Minevana is the support page, which is a request form. There is no mailbox.
Who is Minevana not for?
Minevana is the wrong choice if any of these is true for you:
- You need a guaranteed or predictable income. Mining income is variable, and no return is promised.
- You cannot afford to lose the plan price. You can get back less than you paid.
- You need to know who you are buying from. Who operates Minevana is not published.
- You want independent proof of the mining machines before you pay. None is published yet.
- You need payouts on a fixed schedule or within a stated time. Payouts are sent by hand, on request, and no turnaround time is published.
- You want to pay by card or bank transfer, or to be able to reverse a payment. Plans are paid for in crypto, and a crypto payment cannot be reversed by a bank or card network.
- You are not comfortable using a crypto wallet. You need your own Bitcoin wallet for payouts, and you have to send your payment on the right network.
If none of that rules it out and you still want to try it, start with the smallest plan, ask for a payout, and check it on a block explorer before you spend more. The help centre answers the common questions about paying, activation and payouts.
Still have a question?
Ask through the support page. It is the only contact channel; Minevana has no mailbox. Minevana will never ask you for a deposit, a fee, your seed phrase, your private keys or your password, and you never have to pay anything to receive a payout.
