How Minevana payouts work
Published by Minevana · Last updated
Minevana mining payouts are sent on request. You ask through the support page, and the operator sends your share of the mined Bitcoin, by hand, to the payout wallet saved on your account. Every payout the operator records appears in your dashboard with its on-chain transaction hash. There is no fixed payout schedule, and how your share is calculated and whether any fee is deducted have not been published.
How do I ask for a payout?
You ask through the support page.
- 1
Check your payout wallet
Sign in and look at the payout wallet shown in your dashboard. Payouts are of mined Bitcoin, so it needs to be a Bitcoin address that you control. Read it character by character: a payout sent to an address you entered wrongly cannot be recalled.
- 2
Send a request through the support page
Open the support page while you are signed in, so the request is linked to your account, and say that you are asking for a mining payout.
- 3
The operator sends the payout by hand
The operator sends your share of the mined Bitcoin to your payout wallet. No turnaround time is published for how long this takes.
- 4
Check the record in your dashboard
The payout appears in the payout history in your dashboard with its date, its amount and its transaction hash. Look the hash up on a block explorer: verify a payout shows how.
Where is a payout sent?
To the payout wallet saved on your account. That is a Bitcoin address you gave, in a wallet you control. Sending Bitcoin to you only takes your address: Minevana never needs your seed phrase or private keys to pay you, and will never ask for them.
Until a payout is sent, your share of the mined Bitcoin is not in your wallet, and you are relying on the operator to send it when you ask.
How often are payouts sent?
There is no fixed payout schedule. A payout is sent when you ask for one. Nothing is sent to you on a timer, and no turnaround time is published for how long a request takes.
How is a payout recorded?
After sending a payout, the operator records it on your account with the coin, the amount and the on-chain transaction hash. Every payout the operator records carries a transaction hash, and you see it in the payout history in your dashboard.
Recording a payout does not move any money. It is a note of a transfer that has already been made on the blockchain, which is why you can check it there yourself.
What does the total in my dashboard mean?
It is the sum of the payouts recorded for you that have not been voided. Nothing else goes into it. A payout that was recorded by mistake is voided and drops out of the total.
The total is not a balance waiting to be withdrawn. It does not grow on a timer, and it does not show Bitcoin that has been mined but not yet sent to you. If no payout has been recorded for you, it is zero.
Why would one payout be different from the next?
Because mining output is never constant. For any set amount of hashrate, the Bitcoin mined changes with network difficulty, with the transaction fees in each block and with how much of the time the machines are running. Its value in dollars also moves with the Bitcoin price.
How Minevana turns that into your share is not published, so this page cannot tell you what a given request will pay.
Do I have to pay anything to receive a payout?
No. You never have to send money to receive a payout, and Minevana will never ask you for a deposit or a fee to release one. Anyone who asks you to pay first, in Minevana’s name or not, is running a scam.
That is a different thing from a fee taken out of the payout itself. Whether any fee is deducted from a payout has not been published.
What if a payout does not arrive or does not match?
Start with the transaction hash. Open it on a block explorer and check the receiving address, the amount and the confirmations, as shown on verify a payout. A payout with no confirmations yet is still on its way.
If there is no record in your dashboard, no payout has been recorded as sent. If there is a record but the address or the amount is wrong, or the hash cannot be found, send a request through the support page with the hash, the date and the amount shown, and your wallet address.
Are referral commissions paid the same way?
No. Referral commissions are separate from mining payouts. You earn 5% of the plan price when a customer you referred directly has a plan activated, and 3% of the plan price when a customer they referred does. A commission clears 14 days after it is earned.
Once a commission has cleared, you request a withdrawal from your dashboard, and the operator pays it by hand. A paid withdrawal also carries a transaction hash you can check. The rules are in the terms.
What is published about payouts, and what is not?
Published: payouts are sent on request through the support page; they go to the payout wallet saved on your account; every payout the operator records carries an on-chain transaction hash shown in your dashboard; the dashboard total is only the sum of recorded payouts.
Not published: a payout schedule (there is none), a turnaround time for a request, how your share is calculated, and whether any fee is deducted. Mining income is variable, and over the term of a plan you can get back less than you paid. See the risk disclosure.
Still have a question?
Ask through the support page. It is the only contact channel; Minevana has no mailbox. Minevana will never ask you for a deposit, a fee, your seed phrase, your private keys or your password, and you never have to pay anything to receive a payout.
